Rostand Promenade

Refurbishment and expansion project of Hotel Casino Carrasco.
In the development of the project, the following items were considered as basic ideas for structuring the project:

- Incorporation of green spaces and vegetation throughout the intervention area. Larger lawn areas and various species of plants and trees on the Sáez esplanade.
- Hierarchization of the space prior to the north of the Hotel Casino Carrasco.
- Installation of new lighting fixtures, adaptation of storm drains and laying of new monolithic pavement.
- Revaluation of the north-south axis linking it to the Stella Maris Church through Rostand Street. The roadway and sidewalks are now made of concrete pavers. Installation of new street lighting and planting of pine trees.
