The project consisted of the construction of 32 housing units (2,080m²) for relocation on a virgin site in the city of Canelones.
The traditional construction system consists of slab foundations, double load-bearing block walls, prefabricated mezzanine floors with Stalton type vault system, Isodec type composite panel roofing.
The scope of the works included the execution of the necessary service infrastructures within the property: sewerage, drinking water, electricity and rainwater drainage.

- PLATE WALLS: 244m3 / BLOCK WALLS: 7,081m2 / STALTON FLOORINGS: 634m2 / ISOPANEL ROOFS: 1,500m2 / CERAMIC COVERINGS: 2,412m2 / COMPACTED TOSCA BASES - 1,000m3
- SEWERAGE - 100ml of PVC pipe laying 200mm + 300ml of PVC pipe laying 110ml + 32 house connections / PLUVIAL DRAINS - 100ml of PVC pipe laying 110mm to gutter / DRINKING WATER - 300ml of drinking water network in PEAD DN 75mm + 32 house connections
