It is the construction of a new building on the waterfront of the city of
Dolores. It consists of a building with an open floor plan of parking lots, 4 floors of
house and roof terrace with barbecue area.

- Installation of artificial thermal conditioning.
- Elevator installation.
- Conditioning of exterior circulation areas and pavements.
