Status:

The project involves the refurbishment and adaptation of the existing building located on 25 de Mayo Street. Demolition of the building's eaves sector, reinforced concrete of slabs and pillars, disassembly of existing installations and equipment, installation of plaster partition walls and ceilings, restoration of parquet floors and several new installations (electrical, sanitary, air conditioning, fire fighting and detection, ironwork, aluminum and curtain wall, raised floor, etc.). Landscaping, mural readjustment and painting, among others.

The building consists of several floors:
- SS for archives, with new installations in accordance with
- PB as an "open office" space (free floor plan) for collaborative work
- 1st. floor as a more private sector, since it houses several courtrooms. This floor is the one that maintains the essence of the building, keeping several elements of the construction, such as wooden doors and moldings, murals and paintings, railings and granite, marble and parquet floors to be restored).
- 2nd. floor where all the existing wood and glass partitions are dismantled and offices for offices and courtrooms are built. The existing "tausseau" roof was even disassembled for an isopanel roof.
