New Border Crossing

Construction of infrastructure works in the Integrated Control Area of Fray Bentos.

The works include the construction of a parking lot, a duty free store, and gastronomic, financial and hygienic services for tourists.

In addition, and mainly, services will be provided for the drivers, such as rest areas, dressing rooms and canteen. The works also include a new parking lot for heavy vehicles on 36,000 m2 of concrete.

The project will optimize the entire border crossing ecosystem, improving processes and incorporating technology and infrastructure.
