Tacuarembó Meatpacking plant

Expansion of the 𝗧𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗼́ Meatpacking plant which had as its main objective the increase of the capacity for quick freezing of meat products, frozen products, and logistics.
The main interventions were:
🔹 Construction of a new TRV Cooling Tunnel. Adjacent to this sector, a large palletizing area is added, which communicates with the old palletizing area. Construction system: prefabricated columns, metal structure (trusses, façade and roof braces), flat concrete pavement, prefabricated concrete plinths, façade and roof paneling.
🔹 Extension of the Electrical Substation: m2 are added next to the existing SSEE. Construction system: concrete pillars and beams, precast tile roof, ticholo walls, plaster-paint finish.
🔹 Machine Room Expansion: The area is extended, including a panel room. Construction system: foundations, pillars, beams, slabs and prefabricated walls. Monolithic balsody pavement and curtain wall facades.
Ripening Chambers: Ripening chambers are built on the existing PB of the Processed Products Area, communicating with the existing ones. The PA uses a construction system of precast columns and beams, metal structure (trusses, braces), prefabricated tile mezzanine, flat concrete pavement, panel facades and sheet metal roofing. On the ground floor, the existing building was rebuilt and a new storage area and restrooms were added.
