The Quorum project is an 11-story building with a collective housing program: 65 one-bedroom units and 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, with capacity for 33 parking spaces located on the ground and first floors and a terrace on the top floor with a gymnasium, laundry room, sum, coworking room and barbecue area. At the structural level, a scheme of in situ HA structure, concrete walls and internal concrete partition walls with a forsa system is proposed.
