Using IoT/Big data, we developed the Origin Destination Matrix (MOD) for Montevideo's public transportation, a key tool for transportation planning and management. Through predictive analytics we determine key indicators for transportation planning and management, such as bus occupancy percentage for different lines and schedules, fleet schedule control, number of passengers boarding per stop, among others.
