Plaza de la Restauración and Paseo Miró

The intervention is part of the Urban Renewal Program that includes the Union and Villa Española, and its first objective is to recover the spatial quality of this emblematic square located in the city of Montevideo.

The works included:
- Pedestrianization of Villademoros Street, with the incorporation of rest equipment.
- In the square, re-paving of the existing pathways, conditioning of the flower beds and installation of a low metal fence for their protection, physical and functional recovery of the central fountain, new pedestrian, flower bed and fountain lighting, and completion of the open-air photo gallery.
- In Paseo Miró, mural with special lighting, new pedestrian lighting, ping pong and chess tables, and children's games with special paving.
- On Asilo Street, construction of a cobblestone crossing, connecting the square with Paseo Miró at pedestrian level.
