The works consisted of creating the necessary urban infrastructure to accommodate housing on a vacant plot of 90,000m2.
Soil movement of 30,000 m3 was carried out for leveling and shaping of 6 blocks and 1,400 ml of streets. In addition, the infrastructure of urban services was executed for its subsequent occupation.
In infrastructure, the following were executed:
- 2,200 linear meters of sewerage network, 30 manholes, 50 connections including manhole No. 1.
- 2,100 linear meters of drinking water network with 50 home connections.
- 500 linear meters of rainwater network in diameters ranging from 600 mm to 1000 mm to which 23 storm drains to be built are connected. 10 manholes of 1.5x1.5m by 3m deep in reinforced concrete were built.
- Electric power network and street lighting in all blocks.
