Peñarol Neighborhood Housing

The works consisted of generating all the necessary urban support to accommodate housing on a 90,000 m2 vacant lot.
A soil movement of 30,000 m3 was carried out for the leveling and shaping of 6 blocks and 1,400 ml of streets.
Within the scope, all the urban services infrastructure was executed for its subsequent occupation:
- 2,200 linear meters of sewerage network, 30 manholes, 50 connections including manhole No. 1.
- 2,100 linear meters of drinking water network with 50 home connections.
- 500 linear meters of rainwater network in diameters ranging from 600 mm to 1000 mm to which 23 storm drains to be built are connected. 10 manholes of 1.5x1.5m by 3m deep in reinforced concrete were built.
- Electric power network and street lighting in all blocks.
Within the scope of the project, 30 homes were built in traditional construction with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms in one of the blocks.
