Neighborhood Improvement Program: La Paloma

Status:

The works include the execution of the civil works and installations detailed below:
- Road network: regularization of the layouts and widths of the existing road network and opening of new streets to allow pedestrian and/or vehicular access. Includes paving of roadways with asphalt, curbs and gutters, reinforced curbs, paving of pedestrian walkways, etc.
- Storm drainage network: construction of speed bumps, curbs and gutters, storm drains, manholes, D500 mm PVC piping up to gully 3.
- Sewage system: construction of a separate sewage system, new collectors connected to existing collectors, manholes, house connections and chambers.
- Drinking water network: extension of the existing network with 63 and 75 mm HDPE pipes, installation of valves, hydrants, house connections, installation of niches with meters.
- Culverts and ditch grinding: grinding of 300 m of ditch and construction of three culverts for vehicular passage.
- Street lighting network: this network is extended and reconditioned by installing concrete columns, wooden poles, LED luminaires, boards, etc.
- Tree planting and landscaping: 40 trees were planted in the Lautaro axis and 1,000 m2 of grass in sod.
- Public space: the Martori Square is being developed. Placement of games, benches, tables, basketball table, etc.
- Fractionation: preparation of survey plans, fractionation, demarcation, etc.

They are performed:
- 7,500 m3 of soil movement
- 7,400 m2 of asphalt paving
- 3,400 m2 of concrete sidewalk
- 1,150 m2 of public space area
- 385 ml of sanitation
- 160 ml of rainwater
- 2,200 ml of street lighting.
- 1,860 ml of potable water pipeline
