Status:

The project consists of the expansion of PepsiCo's effluent treatment plant in the Colonia Free Trade Zone. The design was contracted directly to Pittamiglio by PepsiCo, as well as the technical direction of the work.

In general, all equipment is supplied by PepsiCo. On our side there are only the equipment added at the last moment: Pressure group (for recovered water), SS tanks for Inlet Sump and 4 PRFV tanks (3 of 5m3 and another one of 20m3).

The works will include the following tasks:

- Demolition of H2 shed and evaporator (50,000 kg)
- Rainwater and industrial drainage piping network (248 m)
- Supply and installation of compressed and blowing air piping network (157 m)
- Street crossing: electrical conduits and double containment PP piping (44 m)
- Supply and installation of a stainless steel piping network for industrial effluents and sludge (226 m).
- Supply and installation of polypropylene piping network for chemical product dosing (238 m)
- Rectangular Tank construction: equalization tank, aerobic reactor, anaerobic reactor, sludge holding tank (264 m3)
- Construction of secondary sedimenter (45 m3)
- Construction of Inlet Sump, Pump House, Liquor Sump and Flow Chamber (76 m3)
- Construction of Control Building (76 m2)
- Decanter Building Construction (23 m2)
- Assembly of equipment supplied by PepsiCo
