Expansion of the Logistics Center's Industrial Plant

Construction of a new distribution center and remodeling of existing buildings at the plant located at Cno. Carrasco and Cno. Pichincha, under the "turnkey" modality.

Work performed:
- Supply and assembly of a 6,400 m2 metallic building, including indirect foundations, pavements with flat finish, metallic structure and erection of the same.

- Construction of 7,000 m2 of concrete pavements for the circulation of trucks and equipment within the plant.

- Demolition of existing shed to house the new warehouse

- Construction of a mezzanine inside one of the existing sheds to house office space

- Construction of 15 loading bays inside existing sheds

- Construction of connections between new shed and existing sheds

- Remodeling of existing offices

- Expansion of existing battery charging shed

- Construction of a rainwater buffer lagoon

- Electrical installation

- Fire fighting installation
