Northern Regional University Center (CURNE)

Execution of the executive project and construction of two new blocks for the expansion of the Northern Regional University Center in the city of Rivera. The first of these buildings houses offices for teachers and research laboratories. The second one has a multipurpose room, 3 common classrooms and a Fine Arts classroom with a mezzanine. The project also includes the creation of outdoor spaces, such as pavements, access walkways, decks, ramps, stairs and a parking lot. The works include 1,509 m2 of building and 1,610 m2 of affected outdoor areas.
