Infant formula processing plant of the Villa Rodriguez Industrial Complex following the highest standards in hygienic requirements. The project consisted of a structure composed of in-situ reinforced concrete, prefabricated concrete and steel structure, with light metal roofing and isopanel and gypsum partition walls.

Work performed:

- Wet mixing room, total area is 720 m2. Construction of a combined structure of precast concrete, steel structure and in-situ concrete, which will house industrial equipment and office facilities, control rooms, panel rooms, among others.

- Industrial sector + palletizing and warehousing sector, total area 3,400 m2. Construction of a combined structure of precast concrete, metal structure and in-situ concrete, which will house a palletizing and storage area, hot oil room, ingredients storage room, ingredients dosing room, silos sector and big bag packaging sector.

- Service sector for personnel, total area 600 m2 on 2 levels. Construction of a traditional in-situ concrete structure with masonry enclosures, which will house changing rooms, restrooms, dining room and staff restrooms, as well as an air conditioning room.

- Reinforced concrete bases for oil silos and water silos.
