Status:
The project consists of the construction of two buildings for collective housing with an area of 2,980 sq. m., 51 units. First floor access and garages (no basement), with 10 floors of apartments and 11th floor of barbecues.
- The main areas of work are:
- Parking on the first floor.
- Floor plan 247 m2.
- The main areas to be executed in the different areas are as follows:
- 818 m3 of reinforced concrete.
- 4,000 m2 of wall erection.
- 910 m2 of EIFS Facades.
