Rehabilitation of the central urban space of the city of Treinta y Tres, Plaza 19 de Abril, in order to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of local citizens and visitors to the Department of Treinta y Tres.
The project proposes to generate an integrated, functional, accessible and enhanced public space to strengthen local economic activity, citizenship and the culture of society.
Recovery, reconstruction and modernization of this public space will be carried out. The project covers the square and the surrounding blocks.
